Twenty from the day...
It's hard for me to place weddings in "top ten" type of category, BUT with Ben and Logan's estate wedding held amongst the lush green gardens of Airlie in Warrenton, Virginia- it's easy to do so. From beginning to end, there was a type of energy that permeated everyone who was part of the wedding- the guests, the family and the awesome group of creatives/vendors that came together to make the day run smoothly.
There were so many elements that made photographing Ben and Logan’s wedding at Airlie in Northern Virginia an absolute joy—the intentional design, the lush and romantic florals, the personal heirlooms woven throughout their celebration.
Ben and Logan are the kind of couple you instantly feel comfortable around—warm, gracious, and wonderfully grounded, yet full of laughter and excitement. They had a beautifully clear vision for their wedding: a celebration rooted in meaning, connection, and effortless elegance. With the support of an exceptional vendor team, every detail came together seamlessly, creating a luxurious yet heartfelt atmosphere that felt authentically theirs.
One of my favorite moments of the day was slipping away with them into the gardens for portraits. The grounds at Airlie truly shine during golden hour, and watching these two simply be together—fully present, relaxed, and genuinely joyful—made photographing them feel natural and effortless. Their connection translated so beautifully on camera.
Being part of Ben and Logan’s wedding day was such an honor, and I’m grateful to have documented a celebration filled with love, intention, and beauty.
