Virginia Wedding Photography
LUEM Photography is based in Northern Virginia, serving couples throughout the region and across Virginia. I regularly photograph weddings at estate venues, historic properties, outdoor settings, and thoughtfully designed spaces that reflect the character of Virginia weddings.
Being local allows me to understand the rhythm and flow of weddings in this area—from timelines to lighting to seasonal considerations—so I can anticipate moments and adapt seamlessly throughout the day.

What is your photography style?
My approach is observant and presence-first. I focus on documenting what naturally unfolds while offering gentle guidance when it’s helpful. The goal is for you to feel comfortable, not directed — and to remember how the day actually felt.
How do you help the day feel relaxed?
Preparation and attention. We’ll talk through your priorities ahead of time so the day has room to breathe. On the wedding day, I stay aware of pacing, energy, and what matters most — so you don’t have to manage any of it. The Experience
We’re a little camera-shy. Is that okay?
More than okay — it’s common. Most of my couples feel the same way. You don’t need to know how to pose or perform. I’ll guide you when needed and give space when it isn’t, so you can stay focused on your people, not the camera.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. I’m based in Virginia and happy to travel wherever your wedding takes place. If travel is involved, we’ll talk through the details simply and transparently.
