How do you photograph weddings?
I take a documentary and candid approach to capturing your wedding day; offering guidance and posing help when needed. Continuous photography coverage, from first kiss to last dance.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia: Winchester, Virginia.
I am always up for a road trip should the occasion arise*, whether it be mountain side, or a venue that is near and dear to your hearts.
*Additional travel fees will apply, should the wedding or reception venue be more than 60 miles one way.
What are your rates?
Our most popular wedding collections range between $3800 and $4500. We can create a customized wedding collection of any size.
How many hours should we book?
Elopements are most commonly 2-4 hours, intimate weddings around 6 hours and full day weddings around 8 hours. I am happy to create a custom sample timeline for you when we chat.
When should we book?
Most couples book 6-8 months in advance, and up to 24 months in advance for the more popular months: May, June, September and October.
How do we book?
Once you submit an inquiry, I will be in contact within a few hours. Then we can communicate through all the details and decide if we would be a great fit.
A deposit of 30% of the total investment is required to reserve your date and the final balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding day. All transactions are completed via an online invoice.
How long will it take to receive our images after the wedding?
Wedding galleries are delivered between 4-6 weeks, and 6-8 during the busiest times of the wedding season.
How do we receive our photos?
Photos will be uploaded in high-res as well as web size for you to download from a beautiful online gallery. You can share the gallery with friends and family, and order prints directly.
Do we get printing and sharing rights?
All my couples receive a print release with their photos. You will have the rights to print your photos anywhere, anytime. You are also able to share the photos online or with friends and family for no extra charge.
Can I add a second photographer?
A second photographer is a good consideration for weddings with 150+ guests, and/or when the ceremony and reception venues are quite a distance from one another.
